Krishnamurti Group on YahooGroups
|
Krishnamurti Group provides a forum for the discussion and critical examination of the teachings of J. Krishnamurti. The mission of the group is to shed light and understanding of the basic premise of Krishnamurti's teachings: that " 'Truth is a pathless land'. Man cannot come to it through any organization, through any creed, through any dogma, priest or ritual, not through any philosophic knowledge or psychological technique. He has to find it through the mirror of relationship, through the understanding of the contents of his own mind, through observation and not through intellectual analysis or introspective dissection."

Krishnamurti and Co on YahooGroups
|
A group for people interested in Jiddu Krishnamurti. We want to keep asking questions, never getting stuck in any dogmas. So we ask questions like:
- How do Krishnamurti's teachings combine with everyday life?
- How do Krishnamurti's teachings clash with other spiritual teachings?
- What did Krishnamurti mean when he said: The observer and the observed are one?
- etc.

J. Krishnamurti and Life on YahooGroups
|
The intent of this group, is to enquire into J. Krishnamurti's teachings and our actual daily lives.
It is intended for serious enquirers, who would rather probe into this particular teaching _only_ and not pursue a comparative intellectual study, nor attempt to combine it with other teachings, philosophies, 'new-age' jargon or religious scriptures.
Using this space as a notice-board for advertising other philosophies/teachers/gurus, is not part of the intent either.
This approach is not due to a dogmatic belief that J. Krishnamurti is 'the only one', but because some of us would rather study the thing _in itself_ and so, not mix teachings.

J. Krishnamurti on YahooGroups
|
"We are always putting the question of what is possible. If you put an impossible question, your mind then has to find the answer in terms of the impossible - not what is possible."
J. Krishnamurti
What is a forum?
"The way I think of this forum or any in-person, telephone or other means of communication forum is an opportunity to go deeper and deeper into what is being investigated rather than a correction and agreement forum. Each person going a bit deeper, taking the question posed whatever it may be and going into it. That is what the word dialogue says to me as a definition. Dialogue, using that definition is not personal or reactionary but a deep looking, building on what the former speaker or sayer has said and going into it nonpersonally, not leaving any stone unturned"

Education forum on Kinfonet.org
|
The Education forum is a venue for those concerned with the possibility of bringing about fundamental change in the individual and so in society. As with all the Kinfonet forums, enquiry is the key.
In addition to those involved in Krishnamurti-related education, contributions are welcome from students, parents, teachers, academics and anyone concerned with the education of the whole human being.
Apart from dialogue, the forum can be used for posting articles, classifieds, and information about schools, gatherings, new projects, and the like.
The following statement by Krishnamurti reflects the intended spirit of the forum:
"Authority, as 'the one who knows', has no place in learning. The educator and the student are learning together".

Forum for filosoffen J. Krishnamurti - Yahoo Grupper
|
Inquiry into the teachings of the philosopher J. Krishnamurti. Discussion in Danish/Scandinavian. Topics include all themes taken up by Krishnamurti in his talks, dialogues and books, such as consciousness, thought, time and space, our conditioning, possible freedom, education etc.
